Fun Camp for Incoming 1st Year Students

FUN Camp 2Our Incoming 1st Year students enjoyed a week of sporting activities co-ordinated by Ms Lisa Hanrick and Mr Daragh Duggan (PE Dept) last week. Their schedule included Rounders, Dodgeball,Orienteering and Team Building activities. The students responded enthustiacally to all events, lots to look forward to 1st Years as Friary students!


Séamus Power to represent Ireland in Rio

Past pupil Séamus Power has been selected as part of the golfing team to represent Ireland in the upcoming Rio Olympic Games. Fellow team members are Padraig Harrington and Leona McGuire. Congrats Séamus and best of luck to all three of you.??????

Junior Camogie Shield Final

Our Junior Camogie Team made the short journey to Abbeyside pitch to play Cashel Community School in the Munster Junior Shield Camogie Final. The girls put on a great display and were unlucky to be beaten by four points. Thanks to team mentors Ms Liza Hanrick and Mr Paul Whyte.
