TY Activities Week 3rd September

 Week 3rd of September 
▪ Monday talk by No-Name.  
▪ Build a Bank talk on Monday.
▪ All new clubs will be meeting this week:  Lunch time sports, Green School & Board Games Club.  See notice board  for details.
▪ Wednesday  & Thursday Enterprise Mini Company workshop by PJ Henry. See notice board for details.
▪ Anyone interested in the GAA coaching module please sign up, details are on notice board.

TY Students take on Greenway


TY Students pictured in Kilmacthomas having completed the outward leg of their Greenway cycle. Enjoying a little sustenance before the return journey. Thanks to Ms Tess Martin and Mr William Kelly who cycled with the student. Well done to all.

TY Activities May 8th

▪ Wednesday 9th First Aid Module. Please check the notice board.
▪ All Gaisce must be handed in no later than Thursday 10th.
▪ Spike Ball Tournament with the local schools takes place on  Thursday the 10th for the whole day. Please ensure that everyone wears their PE gear.
▪ Pieta House Walk is taking place this Saturday 12th of May. If you wish to help on the night please make sure to sign up. The sheet is on the notice board.

TY Activities April 23rd

Week 23rd April.
▪ Baltinglass Trip is taking place this week. ▪ Girls are going on Monday 23rd to Wednesday 25th.
▪ Boys are going on Wednesday 25th to Friday 27th.
▪Classes  and clubs will run as normal for all other TY students.

TY Activities Week Beginning September 10th.

Week 10th September 
▪ Monday; meeting for those who wish to apply for the Build a Bank in Ms.Sheehan's room at 1.30.
▪ Leisure Programme Monday all students in PE gear please. Meet in the study hall at 1.55pm.
▪ Tuesday Gaisce presentation 2pm in the canteen for all students.
▪ Tuesday Garda Liaison Officer talk at 2.45 for all students.
▪ Board Games Club meeting Tuesday at 1.30 for those interested.
▪ Opportunity to join girls soccer team, see the notice board for details.
▪ Eurofins essay competition; chance to get one week's work experience at Eurofins. Great opportunity, please see the notice board for details.
▪ Those students who are going to see Hair spray on Thursday night, bus leaves at 6.15pm. 
▪ Junior Cert results on Wednesday, the very best of luck to all.

TY Soccer


TY Soccer Teams that played their CBS TY counterparts recently. Two close fought wins for the Friary boys in sunny conditions. Thanks to CBS Dungarvan  organizing a great afternoon of football.

▪ The last of the First Aid is on Monday. If you have missed your day please join tomorrow's group.
▪ Last day for Gaisce forms is Monday the 14th.
▪ Guest Speaker on Tuesday 15th at 9m in the Carteen.
▪ All TY students will be cycling the Greenway on Thursday 17th . Make sure to bring a raincoat and packed lunch.
